Sales Policies

Buying Tickets

All sales are final; there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. We insure our orders with a money back guarantee. We accept all major credit cards. All prices are in US Dollars ($USD). If you will be traveling to attend an event, please provide Wanamaker Entertainment Group your travel contact information. Include address, phone number, cell phone number and email, if applicable. If you are staying in a hotel, please also provide the name of hotel, your check-in date and the name on the reservation. If you do not have this information at the time of ordering, contact Wanamaker Entertainment Group with the information when you confirm your travel plans.

Ticket Types

There are four types of tickets that can be purchased from Wanamaker Entertainment Group.


Inventory Ticket


This ticket is currently in our inventory and can be shipped to you immediately. Insured by our money back guarantee.

 


IYR Ticket (Inventory Yet Received)


This ticket is part of our inventory, but not yet physically in our possession. An estimated ship date is provided upon purchase. This ticket will ship to you once it arrives in our office via the shipping method you selected. Insured by our money back guarantee.

 

Marketplace Ticket

 


A ticket from our network of reliable suppliers. Our network consists of 500 of the top ticket companies around the world who list their inventory for sale on our website. We do not have direct control of Marketplace Tickets. On web orders, a Marketplace Ticket must be confirmed with our supplier. That confirmation will occur within two (2) business days of your order.


Once confirmed, we will ship your ticket immediately or notify you when the ticket will be ready to ship. Tickets are typically shipped within one (1) business day of when the order was placed. In the unlikely event we are unable to confirm the exact ticket purchased, you will be offered the choice of a comparable replacement ticket at the current market price (pending availability) or a 100% refund.

 


Category Seating


This is an agreement that guarantees a ticket within the listed parameters. The ticket is not owned by Wanamaker Entertainment Group at the point of purchase, but will be procured by us to fulfill the agreement. In many cases, we already have an agreed upon deal with a supplier but might not have exact seat locations. Category seating tickets can only be guaranteed in groups of two seats together, regardless of quantity purchased. These tickets are insured by our money-back guarantee.
Category Seating for an event several months in the future is likely to ship once your event is closer. Certain events will require you to pick-up your tickets from our on-site office at that event. In those cases, a Wanamaker Entertainment Group representative will contact you to provide specific instructions on how to pick-up your ticket prior to the event.

Ticket Prices and Seat Locations

Wanamaker Entertainment Group is a ticket broker selling seats at market value, not face value. Face value is the price printed on a ticket; market value is a price determined by the supply and demand for a particular event The market value may be higher, lower or the same as face value.

 


Wanamaker Entertainment Group is not responsible for any damage incurred to your tickets after they are delivered to you. Tickets cannot be replaced if they damaged, lost or stolen. In the unlikely event there are any discrepancies with the tickets received, you must contact Wanamaker Entertainment Group within 24 hours of delivery. All event times listed on our site are local times for that event. Dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the buyer the day before the event. We will not issue a refund in the event of a time change.

 


Certain events may have minimum age requirements. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm age eligibility for attendees prior to purchase.

 


Wanamaker Entertainment Group owns many of the tickets we sell. To provide coverage for events for which we may not yet own tickets, we list tickets from a network of reliable suppliers. All online orders are confirmed by our Web Sales Department. Once confirmed, we will ship your tickets immediately or notify you when the tickets will be ready to ship. In the unlikely event we are unable to confirm your tickets, a sales associate will contact you via phone and email to assist you with your ticket purchase.


Wanamaker Entertainment Group reserves the right to upgrade tickets at no additional cost. In the unlikely event a downgrade is necessary, a Wanamaker Entertainment Group associate will contact you to ensure the tickets are suitable. A downgrade does not constitute a failure to deliver and is not covered under our money-back guarantee.

Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped via the delivery option selected upon purchase. Inventory tickets that are in our possession typically ship within one (1) business day of order confirmation. Marketplace tickets will ship from our supplier typically within one (1) business day of when your order was confirmed. IYR and category seating orders will ship within one (1) business day of delivery to our office. If you purchase tickets well in advance of an event, your order will ship closer to the event date.

 


Shipping options vary based on the date of purchase and the date of the event. Shipping rates vary for standard FedEx delivery options which include 3-Day, 2nd-Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and International, if applicable. Standard shipments are processed on business days only; standard shipments are not processed on weekends and holidays.

 


Special delivery options may be available on certain orders. These options may include email tickets, will-call pick-up at the Wanamaker Entertainment Group office, will-call pickup at the event, local courier delivery or Saturday FedEx delivery. Additional charges may apply for these special delivery options. Please contact Wanamaker Entertainment Group for information on special delivery options.
For purchases made shortly before an event, shipping may not be available. In such cases, a Wanamaker Entertainment Group associate will contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery.

 


Certain events will require you to pick-up from our on-site office at the event. In such cases, a Wanamaker Entertainment Group associate will contact you to provide specific pick-up instructions. Delivery times vary by zip codes. Wanamaker Entertainment Group cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by FedEx. If your tickets are lost, delayed, or mishandled by FedEx and this affects your ability to attend the event, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price.


A signature is not required on FedEx deliveries. You must notify us in writing to have FedEx require a signature.

Refund Policy

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund for the total of your order, less shipping costs except for the following events:

 


Purchases for the Masters Golf Tournament will be issued a Wanamaker Entertainment Group credit for the amount of purchase in the event of cancellation.
Purchases for the US Open Tennis Tournament will be issued a refund equal to the face value of the tickets purchased in the event of cancellation.

 


You must return your tickets to Wanamaker Entertainment Group within seven (7) days of cancellation of the event in order to receive a refund. All returns due to cancellations must include a tracking number.


If part of an event is cancelled, credits or refunds will not be issued. We do not provide credits or refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, performer or lineup changes, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.

Liability

Wanamaker Entertainment Group's sole obligation or liability for undelivered tickets shall be limited to our Money-Back Guarantee. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of expense directly or indirectly related to Wanamaker Entertainment Group's failure to deliver tickets. By purchasing you agree to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon you now or in the future under Texas law.
If your tickets are lost, delayed, or mishandled by FedEx and it affects your ability to attend the event you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price.
